How It Works

Our Embroidery process, start to finish

Send your logo

Share your logo file (vector or high-resolution is best) and tell us the garments, placement and quantity.

Digitizing

Your artwork is converted into a stitch file — the machine instructions for stitch type, direction and density. Fine details are adjusted so they stitch cleanly at your chosen size.

Approve & stitch

You approve the design and thread colors, then each piece is hooped and stitched on our embroidery machine.

Finish & hand-off

Backing is trimmed, threads are cleaned up and every piece is checked before pickup or delivery is arranged.

Honest Advice

When it’s not the right choice

Photographic images, soft color gradients and very tiny text don’t translate well to thread. For full-color or photo-style artwork, DTF printing is usually the better choice.

Common Questions

Embroidery FAQ

What is embroidery digitizing and why does it matter?

Digitizing turns your logo into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine where every stitch goes. Good digitizing is what makes a logo look sharp instead of puckered or blurry, and it is usually a one-time setup per logo and size, so reorders of the same design are simpler.

Yes. Caps, polos, work shirts and jackets are the most common embroidery orders we handle for businesses in Westlake and across Palm Beach County. We also put together uniform combos such as a polo plus a matching cap.

For logos on uniforms that get washed often, embroidery is usually the more durable and professional option. If your design has many colors, gradients or photo detail, DTF printing reproduces it more accurately.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest results, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. If you only have a screenshot or a low-resolution file, send it anyway and we’ll tell you whether it can be used or needs cleanup first.

Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count (design size and detail), the number of pieces, the garments and placements. Send your logo, quantity and garment choice and we’ll reply with a real quote rather than a guess.
