Ordering & Quotes

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form, call or text (561) 905-0544, or email info@craftymediallc.com. Include the item, quantity, sizes or dimensions, your design or logo, and your deadline — the more detail you share, the more accurate the quote.

It depends on the service. Some methods, like DTF, HTV, sublimation and engraving, work well for single pieces; embroidery involves a one-time digitizing setup per logo, so larger quantities spread that cost. Tell us your quantity and we’ll tell you straight away what makes sense.

Turnaround depends on the service, quantity and current schedule, and it is confirmed with your quote. If you have an event or deadline, mention it when you reach out so we can tell you honestly whether it’s achievable.

Sometimes. Rush availability depends on the schedule at the time. Select “Rush Order” on the quote form or call us, and we’ll confirm before you commit.

Yes. You approve the design, placement and colors before anything is produced.

Artwork & Logos

What file format should I send my logo in?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best for embroidery, vinyl and engraving. For DTF, UV DTF and sublimation, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (300 dpi at print size) works well. See our Logo & Artwork Guide for details by method.

Send it anyway. We’ll tell you whether it can be used as is or needs to be cleaned up or recreated first, and what that involves.

We can help prepare and adjust artwork for production — sizing, cleanup and layout. Tell us what you have and what you need, and we’ll let you know the best way to get it ready.

Choosing a Method

What is the difference between embroidery and DTF printing?

Embroidery stitches your design with thread — durable and premium, ideal for logos on polos, caps and uniforms. DTF prints a full-color transfer that is heat-pressed onto fabric — ideal for detailed, multi-color or photo-style designs on any fabric color.

DTF is for fabric and is applied with a heat press. UV DTF is a glossy, rigid transfer for hard surfaces such as tumblers, glass, metal and plastic, applied with pressure — no heat needed.

Choose sublimation for vivid, all-over or photo designs on white or light polyester apparel, or on sublimation-coated mugs, tumblers and gifts. It doesn’t work on cotton or dark garments.

HTV is best for names, numbers, simple text and one- to three-color designs, and for specialty finishes like glitter or metallic. For complex multi-color art, DTF is the better fit.

Care & Durability

How should I wash printed or embroidered shirts?

Turn garments inside out, wash in cold water, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly on a print, vinyl or stitching.

Hand washing is recommended for the longest life. Dishwasher heat and detergent can shorten the life of any applied decoration.

Pickup & Service Area

Where are you located?

Crafty Media is based in Westlake, Florida, and serves all of Palm Beach County, including Wellington, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, The Acreage and Palm Beach Gardens.

Yes, by appointment. Pickup and drop-off details are shared directly once your order is confirmed.

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Business Orders

Do you work with businesses on recurring orders?

Yes. We keep your logo files and garment choices on record, so reorders and new-hire uniforms match the originals without starting from scratch.

Uniform combos pair a garment with a matching cap — polo + cap, T-shirt + cap or long sleeve + cap — so a whole team gets a consistent branded look in one order.
